Delivery Information
Delivery and cancellations Orders received by noon. 12:00 on Monday to Thursday will be processed for delivery within 1-3 working days.
Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday. Delivery is by mail (Slovenian Post), DPD or UPS. Delivery of commissioned service under orders. In cases where the client believes that the delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes the supply of contract, is the responsibility of the customer that the order canceled in accordance with our purchase terms. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is obliged to receive the order.
