Description
Bagueri is a trademark of prestigious wines which we introduced in 1991. From the grapes of the selected vineyards and first-rate sites, we squeezed every last drop of the nobleness of the Brda soil and of the Mediterranean temperament.
Organoleptic description
A premium wine of a pleasing, full aroma with pronounced acidity which provides the wine with the necessary freshness. Its varietal aroma recalling lemon, green apple, cedar wood and grapefruit, is pleasingly rounded off with a gentle aroma of vanilla and fresh bread crust. Its taste is full and harmonious with a gently pronounced acidity. It finishes smoothly in a subtle note of sweet tannins while the after-taste lingers for a while.

Sommelier's recommendation (Matches Made in Haven)
Bagueri Rebula pairs nicely with refreshing salads, dishes prepared from white sea fish, sea fruits, risotto with vegetables and pasta with vegetable sauces.
We highly recommend it with dandelion seasoned with 'ocvirki' (tiny bits of pork fat streaked with meat, fried until crispy), risotto with 'pokalica' and deep-fried elder and acacia blossoms.
