Organoleptic description
Markiz is a special wine of the Goriška Brda Wine Cellar. In its production, the technology of special wines of dried grapes is applied. The grapes are dried in wooden crates until the excess water has evaporated; these dried grapes are then gently pressed and Markiz is produced. The wine is of a golden yellow colour with amber spark. Its aroma is fresh, reminiscent of raisins, dried apricot, peach and chestnut honey. In the mouth, its taste is full, smooth, rich and sweet with a fresh fruity aroma and lengthy after-taste.
